Kustom Workwear Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information - We endeavour to keep the most popular items in stock for immediate dispatch and it is our aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

  • Processing Time:
    • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours or 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
    • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Payments:

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We currently accept two methods of payment:

1.      Pay at the checkout using our accepted payment methods.

2.      For customers whom have a billing account set up with us. If you select this payment method and you don't have a billing account set up, we will cancel your order.

 

·         Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout - We offer €7.95 flat rate shipping within the Republic of Ireland.  
    • Our aim is to deliver within 3-5 working days.

o    However, like most distributors of premium workwear brands like Blaklader, Snickers, Helly Hansen, FE Engel, Mascot, Elten & many more, some items are imported directly from the brands' central distribution centres across Europe. 

o    Therefore, we will aim to deliver items that are not currently in stock in our warehouse, within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. 

 

·         Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

    • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
    • DPD offer a 48 hour delivery service, so you can expect your order within 2 days.

·         International Shipping: 

    • Kustom Workwear ships consignments anywhere in the world.

    • Brexit Disruption - We are still experiencing delays on some products from our UK suppliers. We apologise for any delays you may experience with your order. 

 

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    • All shipping rates are to cover the cost of shipping the goods to the customer and DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES that may be due in the customer's delivery country. 

o    International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

    • Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:
    • The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

The customs value is made up of:

      1. The price paid for the goods,
      2. The insurance cost,
      3. The shipping cost.
    • We offer €7.95 flat rate shipping within the Republic of Ireland. 

    Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy:

    o    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  

    Sending a package using DPD Returns:

    You can return your package to us for a refund free of charge using DPD Returns. If you require new items in exchange for your return, please note this must be done as a separate, new order on our website. Exchanges will not be facilitated through this process.

    1. EMAIL returns@kustomworkwear.ie  WITH YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER, NAME, AND THE REASON YOU ARE RETURNING YOUR ORDER.
    2. WE WILL THEN SEND YOU YOUR RETURNS PAPERWORK, PLEASE PRINT THIS OFF AND PALCE INSIDE THE PACKAGE THAT YOU ARE RETURNING.
    3. Click here and follow the steps to book in your package. Make sure to include your order number in the reference box.
    4. A refund will be applied to the card the original payment was made with.
    5. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be processed.

     

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

    1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    2. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging if relevant.
    3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

    ·         Return Process:

    o    To initiate a return, please contact us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and reason for return.

    o    We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.  

    o    You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

    o    We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    ·         Refunds:

    o    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  

    o    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    o    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.  

    ·         Late or Missing Refunds:

    o    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

    o    Then contact your debit / credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  

    o    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
