We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Sending a package using DPD Returns:
You can return your package to us for a refund free of charge using DPD Returns. If you require new items in exchange for your return, please note this must be done as a separate, new order on our website. Exchanges will not be facilitated through this process.
- Email returns@kustomworkwear.ie with your ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER, NAME, and the REASON you are returning your order.
- We will then send you your returns paperwork.
- Please PRINT THIS OFF AND PLACE INSIDE THE PACKAGE that you are returning.
- Click here and follow the steps to book in your package. Make sure to include your order number in the reference box.
- A refund will be applied to the card the original payment was made with.
- Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to be processed.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging if relevant.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
- You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your debit / credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
